One of Western Golf Properties' core standards in developing a quality golf experience is the opportunity to consult with owners on the selection of the most appropriate golf course architect for the type of facility that best suites the objectives. We work in concert with selected golf course architects for each of our Clubs to ensure that the courses are not only playable and challenging for golfers of all skill levels, but are also aesthetically pleasing.

Special attention is paid to selection of the right golf course architects for each of our courses, the level of environmental sensitivity that is desired for the area and the developers' budgetary constraints, while at the same time, focusing on the marketability of the final product. The end result of selecting appropriate golf course architects must always be a first quality golf course, which stands apart in the marketplace, and is inviting enough that golfers will return to play again and will willingly share their golf experience with others.

The most credible advertising is word-of-mouth and, to be the beneficiary, a golf course must have a quality, playable design that is challenging yet accommodating and is impeccably maintained. Each Club in our portfolio is validated through regular guest surveys, consistently reflects word-of-mouth as the number one reason for course selection by first-time golfers.
